ARCA will not share your specific Equipment Information with third parties other than service providers engaged by ARCA to maintain your equipment. Notwithstanding the foregoing, ARCA may use your Equipment Information along with Equipment Information submitted by others to develop aggregate information regarding the use and performance of ARCA equipment.
